What this website collects
The enquiry form creates a draft in your own email app. Entering your name or selecting an interest does not send that information to us. If you send the draft, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include.
The website host may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages and access time to deliver the website and maintain security.
How we use information
We use enquiries to respond, discuss the use case you describe and follow up on requested early access or partnerships. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating this website, or steps taken at your request before a potential contract, as applicable. Sending an enquiry does not enrol you in a general marketing mailing list.
Cookies and external services
This version of the website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or local storage. Fonts and page assets are served from this website. Links to other FlexiWork products take you to separate websites with their own privacy notices. Your email app and email provider handle your draft and message under their own terms.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting and email service providers may process information to operate these services. We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and relevant follow-up, meet applicable obligations or address legal claims. Where service processing involves an international transfer, applicable data-protection requirements must be met.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@getflexipay.app. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Future payment services
This marketing website does not process payments, collect identity documents or create wallets. Any future payment service will need its own applicable terms and privacy information, including information about relevant payment and identity-check providers.
